5th April 2012 CHANGE OF PLAN!!!!! Class WILL run over the Bank Holiday weekend. :-) Tom has
  agreed to take Mondays class, so I will take tomorrows. Just a normal class so
  please turn up on time. Full sparring session will be deferred until next Friday.
  Please try to make it. Thanks a lot. :-)

4th April 2012 Hey chaps! Re Bank holidays this weekend. I usually close on bank hols but I
  asked on Monday who would DEFO attend the Monday and Friday. There were only
  2 peeps that know they could come Friday, so I've decided not to do class this Good
  Friday Bank hol but will ask for a show of hands again tonight re the Monday. I
  may still open Monday, so watch this space for updates. In a nutshell. No class
  Friday, maybe one on Monday. :-) x

28th Mar 2012 This is a ittle late but just to say well done to tTom Brodie & Barry Joyner! Tom has
  been awarded his Red Kite Instructors T Shirt after showing a superb level of
  coaching ability whilst as a trainee and Barry Joyner was awarded his Trainee
  Coach T shirt and will hopefully be following in Tom's Foot steps. Thanks lads for
  your dedication and commitment to the club.

28th Mar 2012 Sorry I haven't added any news for a while. Class has been nice and busy and nice
  to welcome some new faces. Did 45 mins of gang attack on Wednesday. Was cool
  and super impressive. Even my mum got punched in the nose twice!!! Brave folks
  who dare to punch my mum!! All 4 ft 11 inches of her!!! :-D x

9th Mar 2012 Full sparring session toinight if you fancy? Normal class running as well so if
  sparring isn't your thing then, don't worry! Sparrers can turn up any time before
  6.20pm. You must be a member to be on the sparring side. :-)

2nd Mar 2012 Just normal class tonight guys. :-) Full sparring every other week. :-) Hopefully
  Aplas has an interclub this weekend so good luck! Let me know if you want to come
  and watch. :-) x

24th Feb 2012 FULL SPARRING SESSION TONIGHT!

  We're trying out an idea. Every other Friday, we're splitting the class into two. One
  side will be a normal training session, the other will be for those who want to sparr
  for the whole session. This means that anybody who can't get there for 5.30pm, is
  welcome to arrive any time up to 6.20pm. (Price will be adjusted accordingly) but
  that's ONLY FOR THE SPARRING SIDE. Those wanting to train as normal must arrive
  at the correct time. Hope you can make it! :-) x
  You must me a member to sparr. 1 year membership including licence,
  insurance and t shirt is £30.00.

30th Jan 2012 Well done Tom & Alpas at Burnley interclub yesterday! Alpas did his first interclub
  against a british title winner! Good work! Tom had a great first round before
  having to stop having lost the vision out of his left eye after using the dreaded
  faceblock technique on a cracking right hook from his opponent! LOL! I believe he
  is fine now though. Thanks to Matt, Mark and Alpas's girlfriend for coming along in
  support.

5th Jan 2012 Hey chaps. The Ju Jit Su crowd have organised a gym clear up and bit of painting
  etc for 3pm on the 14th January. They're putting on a buffet at the Guild
  afterwards as a thank you. Please can I have lots of volunteers to help out. :-) It's
  my birthday too on the 12th so can have a few bevies too! If we're all in our
  scruffs it won't matter! :-)

3rd Jan 2012 First run in about 15 months done. It was as horrific as I remember. Not enjoyable
  in anyway. An epically slow speed in a mega head wind for half the way but did it! I
  rule. :-)

3rd Jan 2012 FIRST POST OF THE YEAR!!! Hope you had a good one guys. Anybody like me
  needing to shift a bit of weight after Christmas, don't forget Red Kite! Fun and great
  for fitness and weight loss as well as learning something new. I doubt anyone will
  be more over weight than me so don't be shy!! ;-) x

 14th Dec 2011 Well the Christmas do was attended by many Pirates and was a real scream.
  Thanks to everyone who came and made my efforts worth while. The last class
  before Christmas will be on the 21st December and the first one back will be the
  4th January 2012 to run off those mince pies!

6th Dec 2011 20 people in class last night! Lots of new folks coming along. Plenty of people
  attending the Christams do. 2011 has been a good year in lots of ways!

  at our gym. It's £20 per person and will now be for 1.5 hours. Beginners and non

9th Nov 2011 A MASSIVE thank you and well done to Craig O'Brien, for a fantastic first fight at
  England Verses Germany at the the Elite show in Southport last Sunday. After only
  2 interclubs and 4 days notice, he covered a fight at this awesome venue and
  came out with a draw after a truly gallant performance. Thanks as well to Tom
  Brodie and Barry Joyner for all their help in the corner. Thanks as well to Craigs
  dad Tony, Helen Kitchen, Tom and Mellisa (sorry if I got that name wrong) and
  Alpas for coming and supporting at such short notice. A GREAT DAY for Redkite.

3rd Nov 2011 CRAIG IS COVERING A FIGHT IN SOUTHPORT THIS WEEKEND AT SHORT
  NOTICE!!
  It's at The Prince of Wales Hotel this Sunday. Doors open at 2pm, fights start at
  3pm. Tickets are £25.00 each. Let me know asap if you want tickets. Will need
  money before Saturday though you maybe able to pay on the door, it's usually
  more expensive. WHOOP WHOOP! Good luck Craig. Lets hope you stay in one

9th Sept 2011 Hi folks, just to outline a few T's & C's regarding the Flyer campaign due to start
  on September the 12th. they're pretty straight forward and probably pretty
  obvious!

  - A Flyer must be produced at the beginning of the class so it can be redeemed.
  - The offer is for 1 free lesson per person. You can't receive multiple free
  lessons for yourself with multiple flyers.
  - The offer only applies to new students. People who have attended before or
  already attend can take advantage of other future offers. (Don't worry I won't
  leave you out. ;-))- You must be 16 or over unless agreed otherwise by
  Kru.Hope that's all clear. Please just give me a bell if there are any queries.

  So grab your flyers and come along and try out MUAYTHAI. It's awesome! LOL!

5th Sept 2011 I'm after volunteers to help me dish out flyers next week. I shall be outside the
  Uni for a good part of Monday for enrollment day. Be cool

4th Aug 2011 Noodle/Steven Yewdell has kindly agreed to lead running club for me. Partly
  because he's the most regular attender but mostly because he's a million time
  better runner than I am!! Keep checking into the forum for updates. Mondays
  and Wednesdays, 6pm from the gym before class.

4th Aug 2011 Ronnies next interclub will be the 11th September. Please register interest on
