Whilst we are still required to socially distance due to Coronavirus, the training schedules outlined below are altered to make sure we are training in a Covid Secure fashion.

Childrens Class

6 - 15 years

Classes are run for this age group on a Monday night from 6.30pm - 7.30pm and Saturday from 9.30am - 11.00am.

The age bracket is a guide rather than set in stone.  Some younger children maybe more suited to the Tiddlers class and some older children maybe more suited to the adult sessions.  This can be established on an individual basis.  

You must call/email and book your child into the class and payment for every month is made at the end of the previous month.  There are extra adult classes that juniors can attend. Please see the Timetable and the Safeguarding Policy for more details on age group etc.  

After establishing that a child wishes to continue with Muaythai, the parent/guardian will be required to purchase various items of equipment but you will only be required to do so once your child has been attending long enough to make this necessary.  I know how expensive some hobbies can get, especially when children like to change their minds or try other things so don't worry about any immediate costs other than subs.  Make sure your child is happy first of all.

* The parents photo ID and the childrens birth certificates must be produced before the children start to train to ensure parental consent is obtained.  Any queries, please don't hessitate to get in touch.

Tiddlers Class

3 - 5 years

(This Class is temporarily on hold until further notice.)

For our Tiny Thaiboxers we offer a Saturday morning 'tear about' from 9.00am - 9.30am.  

The class is to introduce the idea of coming to the gym and some basics like stance and guard and anything else is a bonus!  

The session is aimed at introdcing the idea of gym etiquate and structure whilst allowing the kids to burn off loads of energy doing running, squats, press ups, crunches army crawls etc etc.  Whilst techniques will be introduced, this class should be seen as a fun session rather than expecting your toddler to learn specific skills.  It's a preparation for the childrens class and is lots and lots of fun!


Parents are required to stay in the building during the session but are not allowed in the training room to watch.  We find that the children are easily distracted by their parents and engage better when it's just them and the coaches.  Any questions or queries please just ask.
