12 Week Bootcamp

Are you ready to transform your body and achieve your fitness goals? Our 12-week one-to-one fitness bootcamp is the perfect program for you!

With personalized coaching and attention from our experienced trainers, you'll receive a customized workout plan tailored to your specific needs and goals.

Whether you want to lose weight, build muscle, increase stamina, or improve overall fitness, our one-to-one bootcamp will help you get there.

What is it?

A 12-week program, during which you'll undergo a variety of challenging and dynamic workouts that will push you to your limits and help you see real results.

 

Our trainers will be there every step of the way to motivate and support you, ensuring you stay on track and achieve your goals.

How does it work?

2 private 1-2-1 bootcamp sessions per week

You will receive is TWO one to one, hour long, sessions per week with myself or one of our trainers. These sessions will be tailored to you specifically. We will cover boxing/kick boxing, strength work, flexibility and full body conditioning.

Personalised 12 week PDF training program

The goal of these 12 weeks is to turn you into more physically robust and strong individual and give you some new kick ass skills (literally) along the way.​

To make the most of the time, we can supply a 12 week home/gym training programme

Free custom hoodie and tank top 

As a valued client, when you sign up for our gym's bootcamp, you'll not only embark on an exciting fitness journey, but you'll also receive a complimentary hoodie and tank top! Our team believes in rewarding our clients for their dedication to their health and wellness goals.

How much is it? 

The course is £200 a month paid in three instalments at the start of each month.

 

For a total of £600. We like to give our clients flexibility and let them split these payments in case they have any issues that arise.

​

That brings the price of these sessions to just £25 per hour, around half the price of a conventional personal trainer.

 

You also don't need a gym membership to do this at our gym. As it is my gym and you will be one of my personal clients.
