Celebrate the small wins

Sometimes just showing up is a win.

Sometimes simply going through the motions, on a day where you don't want to be there, is a win.

We all have good days and we have bad days. I often say if I only trained when I felt motivated I would never train. The trick is knowing that these days will always happen, but having the mental fortitude to simply push on when they do.



Sometimes we feel super motivated to get up and get going...… and some days we just don't. The peaks and troughs of life.


But none of this you have to do alone. Surrounding yourself with a good team with a solid attitude can make all the difference on these bad days. People like you that want to push themselves that bit further.

When you train together everyone is in it together, working hard for each other and pushing each other. The team makes all the difference.

So celebrate those small wins, show up and make today better than yesterday.
